Nicole Wallace has been part of the Bear Creek family since 2004 and joined the staff in 2019 after years of faithful volunteering. She has served in a variety of roles, including MDO teacher, Childcare Staff Member, and now as Preschool Administrative Assistant and Childcare Coordinator. Nicole is passionate about creating a nurturing, Christ-centered environment where children can grow in their faith from the earliest age. 

She and her husband, Duncan—who serves on the Preschool security team—have been married for 25 years and are proud parents to their son, Dayne. For Nicole, Bear Creek feels like home, and she counts it a joy to serve families and be part of something greater—for the glory of God.
