Annette De Leon and her family have been part of Bear Creek since 2021. She began serving on the Praise Team and in Kids Ministry before joining the staff in 2023. Since then, she has faithfully served as a Lead Teacher, Resource Coordinator, and now as the Childcare Coordinator for Babies and Twos. Annette is passionate about creating a loving, Christ-centered environment where young children can begin to grow in their faith. 

She and her husband, Abraham—who serves on the Kids Security Team—have been married for 17 years and are proud parents of two daughters, Ally and Alana. For Annette, Bear Creek has truly become home, and she finds joy in helping families feel welcomed and connected to God.
