Allison Sims has been serving in ministry since 2012 and joined the Student Ministry team at Bear Creek in 2022. She and her husband, Garrett, share a deep passion for building meaningful relationships with students and walking alongside them as they grow in their faith. Their greatest desire is to see students own their faith and pursue a deep, authentic relationship with God. 

Allison loves spending time outdoors—whether it’s going on walks, enjoying nature, or making memories with their three children: Jordan, Addy, and Kinley. She is grateful to help students discover the joy of following Jesus and honoring Him in every part of life.
