Word of Encouragement from Jill Tillman, Preschool Childcare Staff Member
Proverbs 3:5-6 states, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not to thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."
This scripture has been an encouragement to me throughout my life. Sometimes when I go through trials it’s difficult to trust God, because I’m seeing things in the natural. But even when I don’t understand, I know I must seek him, ask him for direction, don’t go ahead of him. Although it may not be easy, but Trust Him with everything in me!
What I’ve learned on this Christian journey: if I trust Him for one thing, I have to trust Him for all things. Because He told me to cast all my cares on him, for he cares so much for me. For He promised to take care of me.
