Have you thought lately about God’s majesty? Most of us probably haven’t. In America, we are rarely exposed to the term majesty in any aspect of our daily lives. God’s majesty is His reputation and character that deserves glory; God’s presence alone represents majesty. Thinking about God should inspire awe in us. His majesty should take our breath away and bring us to our knees. If you need a jump start in appreciating His majesty, go outside and see the wonder of His hands in nature; spend some time in His Word to see over and over again His grace towards us through the gift of His Son.
“They speak of the glorious splendor of your majesty— and I will meditate on your wonderful works.” Psalm 145:5
