The Ladies Bible Study will begin a new study on Monday, January 25. If you are tired of trying to be a superwoman come join us for a 10 week study of None Like Him by Jen Wilkin and learn of 10 attributes of God that will allow us to reflect His glory in our families, workplaces and communities. Without taking God’s character into consideration, we can become convinced of our own awesomeness and work tirelessly to sustain it. We begin striving to take on the attributes that are not ours to possess, thus committing the idolatry the serpent offered Eve: “you will become like Him.” Once we recognize our desire for limitlessness as destructive, we are better able to submit willingly and joyfully to the God-ordained limits we have been given. And we are better able to worship Him. Come join us on Monday evenings either onsite or online from 6:30-8:00 pm. We will study the word together, make new friends and share each other’s burdens in prayer time. We can’t wait to see you!
