On Sunday, May 16, 2021, we celebrated our Bear Creek students. Decked out in light blue shirts, it was easy to spot our middle school and high school students serving all around the church. They served as greeters, helpers in the Preschool and BC Kids areas, in the Waterbrook coffee shop, in the Adult grow groups, in the media booth, and even behind the camera.
Graduating seniors were recognized on stage and video captured their reasons for belonging at theCreek. Student Ministry Director, Krista McBroom kicked off each sermon with a special prayer over the students, and Student Ministry Pastor, Kyle Wassom, led with an inspirational sermon.
We are so blessed by our Student Ministry Team - all of our volunteers, our staff, our students, and their parents. Thank you to everyone who sought these students out during this day, and who continually seek them out each and every day with encouragement, prayer, and love.
