All We Need
This Sunday, we kicked off our new series, Blessed: In Six Promises, diving into Ephesians 1:3-14. Over the next six weeks, we’ll unpack the powerful promises God gives us in Christ—promises that shape our identity and strengthen our faith.
Every Spiritual Blessing in Christ
Paul begins Ephesians with this truth: “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ” (Ephesians 1:3). These blessings are eternal and spiritual, given freely by God’s love.
Chosen Before the Foundation of the World
God chose us before time began (Ephesians 1:4). His plan is for us to be holy and blameless—not because of what we’ve done, but because of His grace. This gives us confidence in our purpose.
Redeemed and Forgiven
Through Jesus’ blood, we have redemption and forgiveness (Ephesians 1:7). Our sins are washed away, and we are invited into a restored relationship with God.
Sealed with the Holy Spirit
God sealed us with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13-14) as a guarantee of our inheritance. The Holy Spirit guides and comforts us, ensuring we belong to God.
Living in the Promises of God
As we journey through this series, let’s hold tight to these promises. You are chosen, redeemed, forgiven, and sealed with the Holy Spirit.
